Loads to be secure on vehicle while on our premises.

Wear appropriate PPE in workshop operational areas. Minimal steel cap boots and Hi-Viz clothing (vests are available at all CVC offices).

Keep speed to 15kph at all times.

Be aware of heavy vehicle movements/loaders and machinery.

Children to be supervised and remain in designated areas. Not to be in yard or workshop.

Be aware of open pits and stay 1 meter away unless advised by a CVC employee.

Report any indicents, accidents or hazards within all CVC sites.

Must not operate machinery without the appropriate endorsements and/or training. You may need to produce your licence as evidence.

To know that first aid kits are located in the main offices and workshop area.

To know that hazard registers are location in the main offices.

I agree to follow all the induction rules for CVC and comply with all current health and safety legislations as part of the Safety At Work Act 2016
